The User undertakes not to take any legal action against the Operator in relation to the submitted material and undertakes to indemnify the Operator in the event that a third party takes legal action against the Operator in relation to the material submitted by the User. The Operator is unable to control the content posted by users of the Website. The Operator shall not be responsible for the content and information contained therein, including its authenticity and accuracy. The Operator may, at its sole discretion, remove any content posted by Users at any time. 

6. TERMS OF DISCLOSURE OF MATERIALS

The materials intended for publication on the Website must not infringe the rights of third parties, such as copyrights, trademark rights or rights related to the use of names. The Website Operator has no ongoing control over the materials and does not identify the materials posted by Users on the Website, nor does it claim ownership of the materials.

The User is obliged to ensure before disclosing the material that he/she has all the necessary rights and consents for publication; otherwise, the User must obtain the necessary rights and consents. The User must ensure that the material does not contain illegal or otherwise inappropriate material for publication. The Website Operator is not obliged to check whether the material posted by the User may violate the rights of third parties. In the event of a violation of these terms and conditions, the User shall be liable to the Website Operator and shall be obliged to bear the resulting damages or expenses. This includes the settlement of any claims by third parties, including the costs of defence, which may be asserted against the Website Operator as a result of the User's infringement against the Website Operator.

The Website Operator shall not be liable if such materials are irretrievably lost through deletion or alteration, nor shall Operator be obligated to retain them in any form.
